LABOR CERTS ARE GETTING TOUGHER

Well, folks, while fully trying NOT to create unnecessary
discomfort, I must nonetheless be bearer of bad tidings.  It seems
like the labor certification process has been CONSIDERABLY
tightened up in the last four-five months.  I have seen labor
certifications being returned for ridiculous reasons.  I have
spoken with my colleagues in the four corners of U.S., and the
verdict is unanimous: labor certs are getting considerably tougher.

     Although it may be too early yet for most people to feel the
difference, please share your individual experiences with all of
us.
